The HealthCare computing conference and exhibition held in Harrogate each
year is the largest event of its kind in Europe - this year it has a new
feature...
Going to HC2005 in Harrogate? - or not going? - either way, you can
participate by reading and inputting to the HC05 blog.
Rod Ward and Peter Murray have set up the blog to provide greater levels of
interaction for those attending (who can post comments on what they have
seen, heard and done) and those not able to attend through reading what
they have missed (and maybe attending next year).
The blog is at:
http://www.differance-engine.net/hc05blog/
If you are going to HC2005, then we encourage you to sign up as a blogger,
or at least contribute comments. The frontpage has a link to a simple FAQ.
We will be evaluating its use for future events; the experience of the
medinfo2004 blog, and of Rods previous web-based conferecne reports, show
that such things are used and valued.
