Hi all
Just a couple of questions re whistleblowing...

If an allegation has been made ( lets say abuse of a client ) the person/s
making the allegation wish to invoke the whistle blowing policy. They wish
their name/s to be kept from the person the allegation is against.(
allegation in writing and signed )

Q1 .. When or at what point ( if ever ) can the accused have or demand to
see the written allegations?
Q2 .. Would the whistle blower have any legal? redress against the
Management ( NHS or Private ) IF the incident/s followed a progression to
action either in
house or law courts

NEXT ... can anyone point me to any website or info on whistle blowing where
I may find some answers.

Regards Graham

Not whistle blowing perse. Try working the system. Why have an inspectorate
if you cannot improve quality ?
