Im an American RN interested in travelling to UK in Summer 2006.
Trying to figure out what I need to do for transferring my license,
etc. I am not sure whether or not to go through an agency as well - I
hear conflicting advice.

Anyone with experience have some wisdom to share?

my questions on license transfer.

Good luck - my wife works on the nurse bank. Weve just moved locations (in
the UK) and 4 months after applying to the new NHS trust for its bank,
shes still waiting to get in post. If this is typical then I imagine that
by the time youve gone through the red-tape bullsh$it and been approved
then youll be back in the US.
