Can anyone tell me of any exhibitions in the UK specifically for A&E nurses?
Here in the United States weve got the ENA meetings--is there anything
similar in the UK?

Im with a small company in the US that produces an ocular irrigation
device. Although its very widely known and used in this country, its been
slow to catch on in the UK. In looking at the history of its use in this
country, it really began to pick up when we introduced the product to
emergency room nurses. Would any of you A&E nurses say that the situation
is the same in the UK--do you make the decisions on what is being used or
are you at the mercy of the doctors? And how do you generally learn about
new products? Are there any journals that are better than others, or do you
generally learn about new products through sales people?

marketing pitch--Im not even in sales!. Ours is a product which should fit
well with the UK system of emergency care, and one that makes life easier
