Can anyone please offer advice or direction. A patient is prescribed
bactraban tds for a pedal ulcer. It is usually advised to leave a dressing
in situ for at least two days if there is no evidence of exudate. How often
would you therefore apply the bactraban for it to be effective.

Either change the dressing more frequently? or apply the bactraban less
frequently.

Thank you in advance (also posted on uk.sci.med.pharmacy
