It most certainly IS, my dear, particular where food additives are
concerned. For instance those who live near roads or factories get plenty
of lead in their food chain, whereas those in rural areas really need to
suppliment their intake. Id recommend small lead pellets, available from
most Fishing Tackle stores.

However, recovery pretty much depends on how MUCH youve changed. A simple
chemical imbalance shouldnt take too long, provided youve identified which
toxin youre short of, but if youve actually started to become a different
species or - God forbit - started to melt, then you may find the road to
recover a little more rocky.

The ideal would be to move yourself to an industrial area and - for goodness
sake - avoid ANYTHING organic!

Best wishes

That was great advice.

I couldnt get to a fishing tackle shop, so I ate a handfull of lead
pellets from my uncles shotgun. I feel no better yet, but this morning
I farted and shot the dog.

... The irony being that you can now use dog-fur to patch up the holes in
the back of your trousers, Richard ...
